Jarvis Sam is the CEO and Founder of Rainbow Disruption, a multi-services DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) firm. Rainbow Disruption collaborates with numerous companies to develop world-class DEI strategies and programs.

Jarvis previously served as Chief Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Officer for Nike, Inc.. He has been recognized for his achievements, being named Forbes 30 Under 30 in Sports in 2021 and Portland Business Journal's 40 Under 40.

At Nike, he led efforts to promote diversity, inclusive leadership, social justice education, and a culture of belonging both within and outside the organization. Before his role at Nike, he focused on talent acquisition and diversity initiatives.

Jarvis also worked at Snap, Inc. as the Head of Diversity & Inclusion and at Google as a Diversity Program Manager. He started his career as a strategy and operations consultant with Deloitte Consulting.
